Shipping Policy

 

  1. What are your shipping fees?

We have several options for shipping to include a tiered flat rate shipping option (most economical at $1.50 and up), USPS Priority Mail, and a full range of FedEx shipping methods.  All of these options are available to you in your shopping cart when you check out.

 

  1. What are your shipping time frames?

Magnet America knows how important it is to receive your product quickly and makes every attempt to get all orders out of our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days, in many cases sooner. Car Flame magnets, Design-your-own magnets, and Personalized Sports magnets are made upon order and usually ship within 3 business days.  Shipping time frames will depend upon the method of shipping chosen.  Please see the various options below:

USPS Priority Mail

The United States Postal Service offers a very quick and competitively priced priority mail option.  Priority Mail prices are based on weight and zone.  Most priority mail arrives to its destination within 1 to 3 business within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories.

FedEx

Federal Express is a great carrier for business and residential and offers a wide variety of options to meet any shipping needs.  Please note that even though most orders ship within 1 business day, several items (e.g. – Car Flames, Personalized sports balls, and “Design your own Magnets” take 3 – 5 business days to process.  Please see the available FedEx options below:

  1. Do you ship internationally?

 We do not currently offer international shipping on our website.  If you would like to arrange an international shipment, please call 1-877-887-0905 and speak to a Customer Service Representative to make arrangements.

       4.  Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

 Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with shipping information.  Some of our Flat Rate shipping options will ship via USPS First Class mail and will not include a tracking number.  If the order is shipped via a method which includes a tracking number, it will be included in your shipping information email.  Just click on the link and it will take you to the FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package.

 

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.  Please keep in mind that some orders shipped via flat rate will be shipped USPS First Class and will not include tracking information.

 

 We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

 

  1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise Only
    • Please contact us regarding reshipment of incorrect merchandise or damaged items. Call 1-877-887-0905 and speak to a Customer Service Representative prior to returning items to request authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Failure to call can result in longer than usual processing times and/or lost merchandise.
    • After receiving authorization, please return damaged or incorrect merchandise to:

NOTE:

 

All customers have a 30 day return/exchange period. In the event of an exchange, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us as well as the cost to reship the replacement order. Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for promotional or sale offers.

 

  1. Exchange Policy:
    • Please call 1-877-887-0905 and speak to a Customer Service Representative prior to returning items to request authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Failure to call can result in longer than usual processing times and/or lost merchandise.
    • The items must be returned in resellable condition. Use original packaging and be sure they are packed tightly. Exchange will be for same value of items purchased not necessarily the same quantity as some items cost more than others. Replacement product will not be shipped until the original product is returned. Shipping charges will be applied.

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Due to our extremely fast shipping services, our customers will not be able to cancel their orders once the order has been sent to our shipping department. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order of it you would like to cancel an order please contact a representative in our customer service department at 1-877-887-0905 to verify your order has not been sent to shipping.



Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
