POW*MIA Holographic Rectangle Sticker

In 1990, Congress passed US Public Law 101-355, recognizing it as a symbol of our Nation's commitment to resolving the fate of those who were or are prisoners of war, missing, and unaccounted for inaction in Southeast Asia and all American wars.
